There are several ways of us receiving and returning you your console. Here listed below are the options

1. Collection and return delivery via OUR COUIER SERVICE

once you have contacted us either by using the contact forms on the website or by calling us on 0121 706 7864 we will arrange a date that suits you and have our courier service to collect your console from you, Once repaired we will contact you again to arrange a delivery date that suits you. There is a £10 charge for this service, each way (contents insured up to £50.00 with this service). Uk Mainland Only!

2. you can post us your console

Package your console ( console only! no cables or controllers need to be sent ) as safely as possible and post it to us, once repaired we will send it back to you by our courier service (PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO SEND US YOUR CONSOLE WE SUGGEST THAT YOU HAVE insurance AND USE RECORDED DELIVERY).

3 bring your console to us at the repair centre

If you live in or around the Birmingham area simply bring your console into our repair shop, Our staff will be happy to serve you, we are located in Acocks Green Birmingham use the find us page for details.

Please note that will not have to pay for your console repair until your console has been fixed.

When sending us your console we will only need the console its self. No Hard drives controllers, games, wires or power supply units. If you do send us anything other then your console we will not be liable or responsible for its loss or damage.
